Can happiness be acquired through passion? Passion between lovers? Passion for a goal one desires to achieve?

Or can happiness be interpreted as a form of quiet content? To feel peaceful and tranquil, with friends and family there to cherish and support you? To experience a type of love that may not be passionate, but instead is quiet and sincere?
